Take This Life is a depressive black metal band with post black metal influences.
Formed in 2015 in Tasmania, Australia by Josh Young and accompanied by Zebadee Scott on drums.

Chapter I was released in 2015 by Depressive Illusion Records

In 2020 Josh, who was then living in Taiwan resurrected the project as the lone member to record a follow up album, Chapter II.

Chapter II advances the sound set from the 1st album with elements of atmospheric black metal added to the mix.
