Money Box from Lost Songs by Andrew Hyra
An outtake from my first solo album, Spill, which was originally supposed to be a double album. I had a lot to say after a two album stint on Atlantic Records. This song was addressing the idea that my guitar and the songs that came from it had become commodified and I was struggling to get back to my free, clear voice before managers, lawyers and a&r people got a hold of it
