I will continue to decline into poverty. I will not be able to provide for myself and my loved ones. I will not be able to secure enough food or shelter or clothing. I will suffer from chronic illness and physical decay. People will be mean and hurtful to me. They will take away my belongings. They will injure or kill me. They will deny me opportunities and reject me. There will be no chances for me to work for my betterment. Wars will devastate the ability of communities to provide vital supplies and services. Environmental damage will make it impossible to sustain life on this planet. Fanatics will abolish our freedoms. There is no hope. There is no chance. There is no way out. Every day is just one more step closer to extinction. Everything I have done in my life has meant nothing, served no purpose and benefitted no one. All of the possibilities that the universe has presented were never anything more than empty promises, beyond any realization. These are the things I fear.
