Any used car salesman has more credibility and is worthy of more trust than a thousand of the hucksters infesting the structures of the churches and temples across our lands. They sell lie after lie while poor, ignorant rubes flock to their tents, willing to be fleeced again and again in the name of some “salvation”. Only in the light of education can the burden of these falsehoods be lifted. There is an inexorable flow of belief away from superstition wherever the illumination of knowledge casts its glow. Understanding the nature of a thing destroys the mythology that veils it. The best aspects of our nature have been commodified into bite sized, new and improved, concretizations of things you can never buy and which have always been available only at the cost of informing yourself. It’s only an investment of time, experience and information that can chase the demons away. Those who seek to curtail information, block it or deny it seek to deny us our birthright to live freely and with knowledge of our true value.

Walking with the broken rocks upon the heaving thrust of mountain echoes, movement becomes challenged. Something may have taken hold here, but its residue has since faded into the dust of winds long blown away. Though memory shards crack and splinter through the ice age history once foretold, there are now no more than fragments upon a beach receding beyond the breaking waves.
