AS One by AS

Amazingly the Space Dog (Andy) agreed to collaborating with this Astro Monkey (Steve), after I pointed out that a follower we shared had suggested this.

We agreed that I would start things off with some background ambience. The Euorack module Plaits was utilised in Chords mode with a chain of effects, and some gentle modulation to produce that ambience. This background ambience was then carved up into shorter sections, mostly for the reason that the live recording got seriously out of shape in places. Those ambient sections were then sent to the Space Dog to work his textural soundscaping magic.

Presented here are two tracks.
Track 1 – AS One Ambient is the textural soundscape contribution of the Space Dog.
Track 2 – AS One Sequence is this Astro Monkey’s modular sequencing contribution.

I hope you all enjoy this near 60 minute release, which came about from very little discussion, except that we would start with an ambient background.
