Mellow Moon by Alfie Templeman
Only releasing his debut single ‘Like An Animal’ in 2018, Alfie Templeman has, with every thrilling move ever since, now fully cemented his position as the teenage icon of his generation. Combining indie-boy-next-door aesthetics with peerless musicianship - entirely self-taught, he plays no less than eleven instruments (recently taking up the flute) and also contributes heavily with production and co-production duties on Mellow Moon.
His latest single 'Broken' released this February was Alfie's 6th consecutive hottest record on BBC Radio 1 and has received widespread critical acclaim from the likes of NME, LOBF, DIY Mag and Dork to name a few.

Templeman’s songs max on melody, with lovelorn lyrics midway between a resigned shrug and a prolonged swoon, and are uniformly lovely. If this is what he can come up with alone in his room at the age of 15, he has to be one to watch closely.
