Ricochet on the AiR (88.4FM Berlin)
Artist Alex Head (he/him), reads his 2021 work from cover to cover, live for the last six months of non-private access to Berlin’s historic free-radio airwaves. Accompanied by resident musicians, the project will broadcast every first and third Wednesday, with each live recording forming this bandcamp released audiobook of Ricochet.
This independent, four-year research project is carefully explained and articulated for the audio-book in which the author draws upon eight years of experience as the founder of the itinerant radio platform SUB_ʇXƎʇ R∀DIO. He also co-hosts the monthly radio hour and podcast: Radio Against Repression that covers censorship and de-funding in Berlin Germany. Grab a copy and read along twice a month or catch up here.
