Sails by Alec Betterley
Sails is a collection of songs written between 2005 and 2011 at old homes in Brooklyn, Cambridge and Delmar. Releasing a record of piano-only songs is something I've been looking to do for a while. All of these songs have lyrics, but given what I had in mind for this project - autumn, nighttime, quiet - I kept them bare and instrumental. Eventually I'll release another version with vocals, most likely.
