Midnight Visions by Alan Irvine
Midnight Visions is my very first album, released back in 1993. (Way back in the cassette days. Note the odd dimensions on the cover art.) It is also my ghost story collection. Every October, these stories still come back to life. Even after over 40 years of performing, "I've Got the Keys" remains one of the scariest stories I tell.
In 2012, Midnight Visions became the basis for a collaboration with the dance troupe Geek Danz, which choreographed dance pieces to these stories and others. That's when I recorded "The Judge's House" and added it to the collection.

Alan Irvine is a storyteller from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He began telling tales over 40 years ago while working as a summer camp counselor, telling ghost stories in the cabin after lights out. Over the years, he has gathered a diverse repertoire of ghost stories, Celtic legends, folktales from around the world, American history and even Shakespeare.
