What a journey writing and recording this collective of songs this has been.

The making of this collection has traveled with me, both to various parts of the world and to deep within parts of my being that I have only recently been courageous enough to meet.

Its been quite a year of discovery, both challenging and serene, light and dark, wild and still, and the core of my growth has not come from an Awakening, a soul happening or a path towards enlightenment...
It has come from truly meeting, feeling and expressing all parts of me.
Surrendering to the great mystery and truly feeling the earth beneath my bare feet.

In moments of absolute surrender, both broken and joyous.. every moment, challenge, trauma, sensation and experience gifting me with a pathway back to a 'Sacred Union' within myself.

My intention for this offering if for all of you who feel called to listen, to Remember... To return ....To the infinite knowing that you are whole, worthy of all the love that sits within and all around you... and you could not be more ENOUGH than you are.. right now in this precious moment.. Exactly as you are.
