Petits Plaisirs by Adam Steele
A wonderful album of delicious little pieces of music. Many for piano, some for piano and solo instruments, and a few ensemble pieces by some of the world's most intriguing composers. Some of these pieces were key to my falling in love with classical music, and so this is in part an homage. Others are simply just beautiful. Enjoy pristinely recorded music for piano, cello, clarinet, guitar, string quartet and chamber ensemble.
