For the past 3 months, I was hospitalized and was on home rest. During those days I tried to keep myself busy to alleviate the boredom and the negative energy in my head. Throughout those months that I have stayed at home, I was able to write this EP. It expounds how such negative thoughts trigger you in the most awful way and pull you into a downward spiral. It felt like you’re stuck and helpless. But in the end, you were still able to manage to pull yourself up and start get a hold of those reflections and get back on track.
