スウェーデンはイェーテボリ (GBG) のオールフィメール・ポリティカル (アナルカ・フェミニズム)・Dビート・クラストパンクのNew 2nd LP。2013年の1st LP "Who's In Charge" (責任は誰にある) に続く当レーベルからのリリースとなる。アルバム・タイトルともなっている「Sanctuary」は「避難所」という意味で、私たちが現代で生きる術がどこにあるのか歌っていると推測する。全18曲収録。本作は当レーベル32作目となり、Not Enough Records（スウェーデン）、Phobia Records（チェコ）、Profane Existence（アメリカ）、No Surrender Records（ドイツ）との全世界5レーベル共同リリース。500枚プレス（限定ホワイト・ヴィニール100枚、通常ブラック・ヴィニール400枚）。
2019年4月23日リリース。
