Wow here we are again with another album that I almost lost my sanity to make a reality. Writing this thank you letter to go in the cd is one of my favorite and least favorite parts about making an album. When I first decided I was going to make a full length album by graduation, (in 30 days) I told myself I was crazy. I told myself I was crazy during the whole process too. But I did it! and i graduated high school but whatever. First off I'd like to thank my parents for not kicking me out for driving them crazy with needing silence to record these songs. Secondly, my brother, whom I didnt have much to say about on my first thank you letter, but since then, he has become my best friend. (and hair dresser. yes, he dyes my hair all the colors.) He hears songs before theyre finished and before the rest of my family and still chooses to hang out with me. S'pretty cool. Next, my dearest pals that meet me at mama mocha's for coffee, play ukulele in public with me, and still like me when i sneak pictures of their beautiful faces so i can remember the moments later. (they know who they are) To Nicole, To Kentt and to Lauren, the magical and talented beings that always send me encouraging messages without even being told that i need them. (And thanks to Kentt for the tracklist illustrations!) Thank you to Tyler Joseph for inspiring this record with his own, "No Phun Intended" (dude look it up it's my favorite album in the entire world) and to him and Josh Dun for inspiring me every day. To my dearest Cisco Squad, epic fail: party of 6, Cisco defense squad.....I love you as much as we love Cisco Ramon. To my dearest friends of "We All Love Jesus"; I love you, Jesus loves you, and the next show I play that no one is listening, I'll remember how you told me that you would be there singing all of the words that I wrote. And thanks to Haley for the lovely cover art! To my album crunch pals from Netflix and YouTube: Parks and Recreation, Bob's Burgers, Thomas Sanders and Sam & Nia; thanks for keeping me company while I made this album happen. And finally, thank you to God for sending His son and being apart of this way before I was. Take these songs and pass them on.
With Love,
Abby
