Tired Eyes is about being on defence in your head and not being able to shake these negative connotations. Delivered in a manner that is sarcastic and melodramatic. As that attitude that feels sorry for one's self can be dreadful and the urgency ending is a bit of a representation of panic attacks. You keep trying to calm your mind while trying to breathe it out and get back to normal.
