MMMM by Various Artists

Based on the "4Ms of Mental Health" by Psychiatrist Sue Varma, this album contains the work of dozens of artists from across the globe. Creators of different disciplines were asked to submit work that related to one of 4 themes: Mindfulness, Movement, Mastery and Meaningful Engagement.

We'd like to give a huge thank you to Lawrence University for providing us with funding for this project.

The album is available for free, but all donations will be given to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
