Strength Through Strife was the first of its kind in the Eastern Idaho area, bringing a youth crew style of Straightedge hardcore to the masses.

Out of the Ashes of Dark Annie and Strength Through Strife formed one of the best bands that was far too short-lived. Masada was breaking ground where/when the local scene was crushing in on itself.
