Rockie Stephenz (EL Fuggins) an artist before anything is a versatile rapper and lyricist. Growing up in Palmdale, Ca where he started rapping with local artist and eventually found his style. Later in life taking to Theatre as he enrolled in Valley College in San Bernardino where stage was second nature and the love of performing has brought him this far. Young and ambitious he is on his way.
