Puberté Castrato is current dictator/former boy-king of the Casavega Islands. After being customarily castrated at age 12, he orchestrated a swift and bitter coup, exercising a brutal hand against the ex-regime. In 1997 he fell for a servant girl who bravely spurned his sexless advances. An infuriated Puberté beheaded her personally and went on to record these beautiful songs in her honor.
