Najand/Nazhand is a one-man Black Metal band founded by Sam Yazdian in 2004 when he was 15 yo. Through years Najand has got influences of Melodic Death, Funeral Doom and RABM. Sam is a Canada-born Iranian, coming back to Canada after finishing high school and college in Iran, speaking Persian fluently and writing classic poetry in Persian about Socialism, poverty and revolution.
