Mandate of Heaven is a long running project centered around music primarily written by Greg Pier. The first record was released in 1999, and the most recent was released in 2019. Greg Pier continues to release new music under his own name and with new project, Invisible Rails. He also plays bass in Syracuse punk band Speed Was a Factor, and is the vocalist for prog-metal project Diagonal Path
