On December 25, 2012, Dominic T. Penguin was admitted to rehab for the sixth time in three years due to his unworldly alcoholism. Upon refusing to return to rehab, Dominic's friends Frank and David approached the washed up celebrity and inquired as to if he would do them the honor of singing for their new musical project. He agreed, and Dom the Penguin was born in the early months of 2013.
