Art Stevenson has been active playing bluegrass and rural roots music music throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest since he played his first gig in 1977. Art Stevenson formed High Water in 1993 and they quickly became Wisconsin's best known traditional bluegrass band. Wisconsin Public Radio says "Art Stevenson IS Bluegrass in Wisconsin!"
