Digital Dreams by Artificial Heaven
Digital Dreams is a concentration of gothic and post-punk atmospheres that enjoys the collaboration of illustrious guests from the Italian underground scene, including Francesco Sosto, keyboardist of The Foreshadowing who played on three tracks (Automatic Love, Body Shaming and Fall Away) and Riccardo Studer, keyboardist of Stormlord who composed the intro Ennio, a heartfelt tribute to maestro Morricone.
Even if it is not a real concept album, some of the lyrics of Digital Dreams are linked together by a thin black line that concerns the acceleration of the digital revolution and its effects on the lives of individuals. An overload of information that influences the ways in which each of us interfaces with ourselves and with the outside world. The shift of personal priorities towards a subservient resignation to our most hidden desires, to be achieved not only through the abuse of social networks. A journey that leads to locking oneself inside an artificial paradise where slaves no longer rebel against their condition but are happy to feed on their "sweet" digital dreams.

Artificial Heaven got together in Rome in October 2021, the ensemble rose from the ashes of Witches of Doom and previous projects. Artificial Heaven’s sound is a blend of epic gothic rock, that harks back to the likes of pivotal bands such as The Sisters Of Mercy,The Cult, Bauhaus, Litfiba, Fields of the Nephlim and Killing Joke and other rock bands of the last few decades.
