Annwen Roberts

Annwen is a Tasmanian violinist whose musical roots are in folk music. Her current influences are hard bop, bebop, folk punk, Mingus style big band music and free improvisation.

Her debut album SKY OMENS is about searching for comfort in the skyline as she moves around australia through hardship and trauma, and was supported by a UniMelb IgniteLab Grant.
